*IF YOU DON’T SEE CHAUFFEUR PLEASE, CALL 1-718-404-1464 WAITING TIME CHARGES FOR ARRIVAL FLIGHTS ARE CALCULATED AFTER 60 MINUTES FOR DOMESTIC FLIGHTS AND 90 MINUTES FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS.

1. Cancellations
Weekend events, Holidays, New Years Eve and New Years day, Awards and any special events – one week cancellation policy or full charge applies. All other days there is a 24 hour cancellation policy or full charge will be applied. New Years, Christmas, Weddings, Proms, or any other major holidays and/or events must be cancelled 2 weeks before the trip or full charge will apply. All specialty vehicles such as the Hummer, Buses, etc., will have a 4 day cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made by email or phone. Trip is considered canceled after the client receives cancellation email.
**ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE**

2. Overtime, Travel Time, Extra Stops, Tolls
This is an initial confirmation of the trip(s) and does not include: overtime charges incurred during the performance of hourly trip(s), stops made during POINT TO POINT trips, stops made and/or waiting time incurred during AIRPORT TRANSFERS, Travel time will be added to all services performed outside Metropolitan Area (outside city where our base is located ), garage to garage charge may be added to some trips. Customer shall assume responsibility for any Toll Fees that are incurred during travel unless the route is to no fault of the customer due to inclement weather, accidents, etc.

3. Damages to the Vehicle
Additional charge will apply to any damage made to the vehicle(s) during the performance of trip(s). Any materials used in cleaning the vehicle, will also be charged to the customer.

4. Miscellaneous
We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle after the completion of service.

5. No Show
VERY Important:
To avoid being charged for “NO SHOW” at the pick-up location established, YOU MUST CALL US – VERY SIMPLE. NO SHOW (airport, hotel, etc.). If you do not see your driver at the PICK-UP LOCATION established on your reservation DO NOT LEAVE the spot before calling our office (IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL US, must call 1-718-404-1464 provided on your confirmation). If you LEAVE THE PICK-UP LOCATION without calling us you will be CHARGED for the full price of the ride contracted.
